Crunchy Combo Pizza Scrolls
A healthy twist on pizza scrolls, the dough has only 2 ingredients! Perfect for school lunches for the kids.

Serves: 14 scrolls
INGREDIENTS
2 cups wholemeal self-raising flour
1 1/4 cups Greek yoghurt
1/4 cup pizza sauce
100g shaved ham, roughly chopped (optional)
1/4 cup pineapple pieces finely diced
1/2 cup Crunchy Combo
1/2 green capsicum finely diced
1 cup grated tasty cheese
INSTRUCTIONS
Preheat oven to 200°C
In a large bowl, mix flour and yoghurt together until it forms a dough
Allow to rest for 5 minutes
Turn dough out onto a floured surface and give it a quick knead, then roll out into a long rectangle about 20cm wide and 1cm thick
Spread pizza sauce evenly over the rectangle, leaving a 2cm strip without sauce on one long edge
Sprinkle over ham, pineapple, Crunchy Combo, capsicum and cheese
Starting at the long edge covered in topping, roll up tightly
Using a serrated knife, gently cut into 2cm thick slices
Place slices on a lined baking tray and bake for 15-20 minutes or until golden brown
