Super easy to make and delicious for lunch! 

Ingredients

Instructions

  1. Combine chicken and mayonnaise in a bowl.
  2. Drizzle lemon juice over avocado and season to taste.
  3. Spread chicken mixture over 6 slices of bread. 
  4. Top with Aussie Sprouts Alfalfa Sprouts, then avocado and remaining bread slices. 
  5. Slice in half and serve.

  • 1½ cups Aussie Sprouts Alfalfa Sprouts
  • 1½ cups broccoli sprouts (optional)
