Aussie Sprouty Acai Bowl
This smoothie bowl is super delicious and so easy to make. The complex blend of vitamins, enzymes and antioxidants found within alfalfa sprouts boost the nutritional level of this acai bowl.
INGREDIENTS:
1 cup frozen banana slices
1 cup frozen mango chunks
2 sachets frozen unsweetened acai
½ cup frozen zucchini chunks
1 cup alfalfa sprouts
Optional: splash of any liquid to assist blending
INSTRUCTIONS:
Add all your ingredients to your high speed blender and blend on high until thick, creamy, combined and smooth.
Transfer to your favourite bowls and top with your favourite toppings.
