Crunchy Combo & red cabbage salad

This salad is light, zingy, and so delicious! Perfect as a side, by itself or with some extra protein.

 

INGREDIENTS

  • 1/2 cup crunchy combo

  • 1/2 cup diced red cabbage

  • 1/4 cup diced red onion

  • 1/4 cup chopped continental parsley

  • 1/2 tbsp lemon juiice

  • 1/2 tbsp olive oil

  • Salt, pepper & chilli flakes

INSTRUCTIONS​

  1. Combine all ingredients and season with salt, pepper & chilli flakes according to taste.
