Aussie Veggie Pinwheel Wraps

Perfect for lunches, picnics, or snacking!

Serves: 4

 

INGREDIENTS:

  • 1/2 packet of Aussie Sprouts Alfalfa Sprouts 

  • 4 wholegrain wraps 

  • 1 medium avocado 

  • 1 medium capsicum 

  • 4 tbsp reduced-fat cream cheese 

  • 1 large handful spinach  

  • 2 large handfuls shredded cabbage  

  • Salt and pepper, to taste 

INSTRUCTIONS​:

  1. For each wrap, spread 1 tbsp of reduced-fat cream cheese onto the entire wrap. 

  2. Layer with capsicum, cabbage, spinach, avocado, and a handful of Aussie Sprouts Alfalfa Sprouts. 

  3. Season with salt and pepper. 

  4. Roll the wrap up tightly and cut into 8-10 pinwheels to serve.
