Aussie Veggie Pinwheel Wraps
Perfect for lunches, picnics, or snacking!
Serves: 4
INGREDIENTS:
1/2 packet of Aussie Sprouts Alfalfa Sprouts
4 wholegrain wraps
1 medium avocado
1 medium capsicum
4 tbsp reduced-fat cream cheese
1 large handful spinach
2 large handfuls shredded cabbage
Salt and pepper, to taste
INSTRUCTIONS:
For each wrap, spread 1 tbsp of reduced-fat cream cheese onto the entire wrap.
Layer with capsicum, cabbage, spinach, avocado, and a handful of Aussie Sprouts Alfalfa Sprouts.
Season with salt and pepper.
Roll the wrap up tightly and cut into 8-10 pinwheels to serve.
