Aussie Cheesy Egg Rolls

These cheesy egg rolls are so delicious, high in fibre + protein. Perfect for breakfast or a quick snack (or even as finger foods at a party)! Made with Aussie Sprouts Alfalfa Sprouts which are packed with fibre, vitamins, minerals and enzymes that are good for your body.

Serves: 1

 

INGREDIENTS:

  • 1 egg 

  • 1 tsp Arrowroot flour or plain flour 

  • 2 tbsp milk 

  • Cooking oil for pan  

  • 1 tbsp Parmesan cheese (or cheese of choice)

  • Handfuls of Aussie Sprouts Alfalfa Sprouts

INSTRUCTIONS​:

  1. Mix together egg, flour and milk in a bowl until well combined. 

  2. Heat a pan on low heat with cooking oil, then pour in the egg mixture. Swirl around and make a round shape. 

  3. When the egg mixture no longer looks shiny on top, turn off the heat. 

  4. Sprinkle a handful of cheese and Alfalfa Sprouts. 

  5. Roll up from one side to another. Cut into pieces and serve!

  6. Serving suggestion. Serve with mayonnaise, sweet chilli sauce and toasted sesame seeds.
