Aussie Cheesy Egg Rolls
These cheesy egg rolls are so delicious, high in fibre + protein. Perfect for breakfast or a quick snack (or even as finger foods at a party)! Made with Aussie Sprouts Alfalfa Sprouts which are packed with fibre, vitamins, minerals and enzymes that are good for your body.
Serves: 1
INGREDIENTS:
1 egg
1 tsp Arrowroot flour or plain flour
2 tbsp milk
Cooking oil for pan
1 tbsp Parmesan cheese (or cheese of choice)
Handfuls of Aussie Sprouts Alfalfa Sprouts
INSTRUCTIONS:
Mix together egg, flour and milk in a bowl until well combined.
Heat a pan on low heat with cooking oil, then pour in the egg mixture. Swirl around and make a round shape.
When the egg mixture no longer looks shiny on top, turn off the heat.
Sprinkle a handful of cheese and Alfalfa Sprouts.
Roll up from one side to another. Cut into pieces and serve!
Serving suggestion. Serve with mayonnaise, sweet chilli sauce and toasted sesame seeds.
