Ham & Salad Alfalfa Wraps
These healthy and easy to prepare rolls are perfect for school lunches.
INGREDIENTS:
4 wraps
½ cup hummus
150g shaved leg ham
1 cucumber, sliced lengthwise
2 tomatoes, chopped
1 cup Aussie Sprouts Alfalfa Sprouts
2 cups lettuce leaves
½ red onion, finely sliced
Salt and cracked pepper to season
INSTRUCTIONS:
Spread each wrap with hummus.
Top with a thin layer of ham, then cucumber, tomato, Aussie Sprouts Alfalfa Sprouts, lettuce and onion.
Season with salt and cracked pepper.
Roll up tightly, slice each roll in half and serve.
