Spicy Roasted Crunchy Combo & Seeds

Delicious served with a cheese board, as a crunchy salad topper, or a snack on their own!

 

INGREDIENTS:

  • 1 cup Aussie Sprouts Crunchy Combo

  • 1/4 cup sunflower seeds

  • 1/4 cup pumpkin seeds

  • 1 teaspoon curry powder

  • 1 teaspoon maple syrup

  • 1 teaspoon fresh rosemary, finely chopped

  • 1 tablespoon extra virgin olive oil

  • 1/4 teaspoon salt

  • Pinch of chilli flakes (optional)

INSTRUCTIONS​: 

  1. Preheat oven to 180°C.

  2. Mix all ingredients in a bowl until well combined.

  3. Spread over a large oven tray in a single layer and bake for 15-20 minutes or until golden brown.
